Welcome to Memorial Elementary School, home of the Mustangs and a proud member of the DeSoto County School District. Located in Arcadia, Florida, Memorial Elementary is dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment where every student is encouraged to learn, grow, and achieve success.

At Memorial Elementary, we believe the elementary years are the foundation for a lifetime of learning. Our dedicated teachers, staff, families, and community partners work together to create a positive school culture where students feel valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Through high-quality instruction, innovative learning experiences, and a focus on the individual needs of each child, we provide students with the academic skills, confidence, and character needed for future success. Our students are encouraged to be curious learners, responsible citizens, and compassionate members of their school community.

The Mustang family is committed to creating meaningful connections with students and families while maintaining high expectations for achievement. We celebrate student growth, encourage perseverance, and provide opportunities for every child to develop their unique talents and abilities.

As part of the DeSoto County School District, Memorial Elementary proudly embraces the belief that We are #OneDeSoto, all for kids. Through collaboration with families and community partners, we continue to build a strong foundation that prepares students for success in middle school and beyond.

At Memorial Elementary, we are more than a school, we are a family. We are Mustang Strong, and we are committed to helping every student learn, grow, and succeed.
