All schools and district offices will remain closed through Friday, October 11th. We will evaluate the extent of damage to our schools, roads, bridges, and power infrastructure after Hurricane Milton passes.
DeSoto Middle School is now the designated shelter for DeSoto County. I expect to provide an update on school reopening plans by Saturday. We will share this information with the district and community through all available channels.
